Rolling Repair RV tech services specializes in onsite RV repair and routine maintenance. We come to you, servicing your RV at your home, campground, or storage unit in Bandera, Kerr, Medina, Real, and Uvalde counties.
Repair shops are overwhelmed these days, leading to crazy-long wait times that can last weeks or even months. Call Rolling Repair RV and get back on the road in no time!
Note: We do not offer warranty service at this time.
Fees to Diagnose, Repair, Replace:
Fees to Diagnose & Repair:
Your total charges will include a trip fee + labor (per hour) + parts
Trip Fee: $2.50/mile ($50 minimum)
We charge a minimum trip fee of $50 (to cover gas, insurance, drive time, etc). The trip fee is calculated at $2.50 per mile (one way) beginning with mile #1. For example, if you are 5 miles from us the charge would be a flat $50. If you are 30 miles from us, the charge would be $75 (i.e., 30 x 2.5). Note: When necessary, we will come back to you until the job is complete with no additional service call (trip) fee.
Labor Rate: $125/hour (1 hr min)
Labor charges are figured in 15 minute increments after the first hour.

It is highly recommended that annual maintenance be performed on your AC and water heater appliances. Today’s investment ensures that each system operates smoothly, virtually guaranteeing a longer lifespan for each.
For example, when called out to do routine maintenance on your air conditioner, we test components such as your capacitors. Bad capacitors cause your air conditioner to work much harder, shortening its lifespan greatly. Cost of a typical capacitor? About $25. Cost of the average RV AC unit? About $1200 (plus labor)!
ac maintenance - $150 (1st unit), $75 (each addl)
Clean debris from unit • clean & sanitize coils • optimize airflow • replace inside air filter (when necessary) • test capacitors (replacing when necessary) • test cooling performance • test compressor
RV air conditioners should be cleaned and maintained at least once per year, ideally before the hot summer days, to ensure optimal performance.
Dirty coils and bad capacitors put an enormous strain on your air conditioning unit – likewise, cleaning and/or replacing them can significantly prolong the life of these very expensive appliances.
Water Heater Maintenance - $225
Flush tank (removing sediment) • adjust air shutter if necessary (Dometic/Atwood) • replace anode rod (Suburban units) • test relief valve & electric heating element • inspect & clean gas orifice • inspect burner assembly removing any nests, bugs, or other obstructions
Over time, water heaters build up sediment and deposits, their anode rods give up the ghost and stop protecting your tank; and the gas-delivery elements get gunked up with deposits and mud dauber nests! Invest a little now, preferably once a year, save loads in the long run.
